Starlink Mini Mount

Recommended steps of get everything mounted up…

Get organized and lay out everything in a “staging area” of sorts so everything is easily identifiable.

  1. Insert the 8020 Roll-in T-nuts into the 10 series extruded aluminum.
    1. Note that only one T-nut is needed per corner.

  2. Orient the bottom section of the mounting blocks how you'd like the placement of your Starlink Mini to be on your roof rack.
    1. Note that the Long edge of the base mount will mate up with the Short side of the Starlink Mini.

  3. Loosely attach the mounting blocks (bottom section) to the extruded aluminum profile.

  4. Briefly place your Starlink Mini in the mounting blocks to verify placement/fitment.
    1. Be careful to not move the mounts when removing the Starlink Mini.

  5. Tighten mounting block hardware to aluminum extrusion.

  6. Place Starlink Mini back back in the mounting blocks and attach the mount caps with enclosed hardware.

With everything all mounted up...All Systems were Go for Offroad!!

Again, this is more guidance from how we set up our camper…feel free to take what you’d like, and discard what isn’t needed to make it your own.
