Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your item was delivered, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  To return your product, first send us an email at contact@asgoffroad.com and we will provide return shipping instructions.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging (Original shipping fees are non-refundable).  The cost of return shipping and 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund (The company used to collect the electronic payments has a strict policy, all fees are non-refundable once payment is received, and therefore we have to charge this fee).  

    We cannot accept damaged returns (this includes damage due to improper handling by the carrier).

    Blemished / Sale items are not eligible for return.

    Cancelled orders will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 10-business days.
