Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To return your product, first send us an email at contact@asgoffroad.com and we will provide return shipping instructions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging. The cost of return shipping and 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We cannot accept damaged returns (this includes damage due to improper handling by the carrier).
Blemished or sale items are not eligible for return.
Cancelled orders will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 10-business days.
