ASG Offroad Rainfly/Awning Installation Instructions
*Read all steps including sub-sections prior to installation*
- Prepare the camper’s uppermost t-track that is on the bottom portion of the camper (not the track that rises up when the camper is deployed for the mounting blocks by wiping off any dust/debris.
- Unscrew the track t-nuts a few turns to allow them to be inserted in the track.
-
FDM/PETG mounting blocks (CNC mounting blocks skip to #4) - There is an arrow on the underside of the mounting block to help orient the block in the correct direction. The logo on the underside looks like this “<= ASG Offroad.” Make sure that the arrow is pointing towards the outside of the vehicle when placed against the camper (drivers side block points to the driver and the passenger side block points towards the passenger).
-
CNC mounting blocks (FDM/PETG mounting blocks skip to #5) - Place the mounting block against your camper and with your other hand place one of the tent poles in the mounting block receiving hole. You'll want the tent pole pointing outboard of the truck. IE - if the block is on the drivers side make sure the tent pole is pointing towards the drivers side...and the like for the passenger side.
- Place the mounting blocks in the desired location on the t-track and tighten down to the camper (no need to kill it to avoid damaging the mounting block, hardware, or t-track).
- For example, I positioned mine slightly inboard of the rear hatch hinges…I would NOT recommend going much further outward to prevent any undue stress on the mounting block, rainfly/awning material, and/or tent poles.

- Deploy the camper and unroll the rainfly (if applicable). Make sure the zippers are fully unzipped.
- Attach the tent clips to the rainfly corners. Again, don’t kill it, but these need to be tight.
- It’s recommended to attach these at a 45-degree angle to allow the clip to evenly pull the rainfly/awning material.

- Insert and fully seat the awning poles in the mounting blocks.
-
FDM/PETG mounting blocks - This will be tight and may require a little twisting to fully seat them. This will become easier over time as they will break in a bit.

- Bend the awning poles upward enough to latch them onto their respective clips.
- This is the most important part…step back and admire your new Rainfly/Awning, and prepare for your next adventure as All Systems are Go for Offroad!
