ASG Offroad Ladder Kit Installation Guidance
*Read all steps including sub-sections prior to installation*
-
Remove the ladder and two foam packages from the box.
- One foam package will have the CNC'ed ladder hooks and the other will have the CNC'ed mounting blocks.
- There will be two additional hooks enclosed with the kit. These are not required for application and can be discarded as they likely won't be needed.
-
Place the ladder on a hard surface and insert the CNC'ed hooks into the receiving hole on the top of the ladder. You'll want to do this while simultaneously pressing the catch release button inward (see picture).
- This will take a bit of force as the machining tolerances are purposely tight. This will loosen over time.

- Prep the t-track on your camper by cleaning out the track and making sure all debris is removed.
-
Assemble the the mounting hardware in the mounting blocks and unscrew the t-nuts a few turns to allow them to be inserted in the track. Place the mounts in your desired location and tighten down the screws to snug the mounts down but you still want them loose to allow for adjustments.
- GFC owners, it may be easier to insert the t-nuts into the t-track, rotating them 90 degrees to lock them in, and then snug the mounts down but you still want them loose to allow for adjustments.

- Take the ladder and deploy the hooks out to orient them with the mounting blocks...this is where the adjustments come in.
- Make adjustments to the spacing of the mounting blocks to allow for the ladder hooks to fully seat within the mounting blocks.
- Once the spacing is correct, fully tighten down the mounting blocks to the t-track - DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.
- Installation is complete but there are a few more steps!!
-
For proper deployment of the ladder, extend the ladder sections from the bottom! This will allow user weight to be transferred directly to the ground and allow the top most part of the ladder to be free and adjust to the different heights of terrain (see deployment video HERE). Do not put access weight on the top step while attached to your camper...this will prevent potential damage o the camper and/or ladder.
- This is the most important part…step back and admire your new ASG Offroad ladder kit, and prepare for your next adventure as All Systems are Go for Offroad!
